1. How do I know when my order is going to arrive?

You will be sent a confirmation email within the first 48 hours of making your purchase. In this email, it will contain your tracking number, more information on your product and when the expected arrival date is.

 2. Why won't my Discount Code work?

When entering your discount code you need to take a few things into consideration. If you have used it already then it has most probably EXPIRED. Make sure you type the code in carefully and accurately as the box is sensitive. 

3. A product I wanted has SOLD OUT!

Most of our products are restocked within a weeks time so we should have the product that you would like back in stock in no time!

4. How can I get involved in what your Shop Relatable?

We have created a 'Get Involved' tab which tells you all the different ways that you can get involved and get the best out of what we have to offer!
